During 2010 Aplace will let four contemporary artists make a limited scarf, available in only 25 copies and produced in Sweden. The ambition is that this encounter between artist and a medium they’re not accustomed to will create something interesting and special and expose them to an audience who would not usually buy art.
The project itself is a continuation of the Aplace undertaking My Studio, which featured patterns and images from artists such as Terence Koh, Mattew Stone and Bruce LaBruce, depicting a moment of inspiration.
